Information You Submit
Text entered in a search form, such as a name, phone number, or address, is sent to the third-party provider that supplies the results. Tulare People Search does not retain those searches on its own servers. A message sent to us contains the details you choose to provide, which we use to answer the request.
Automatic Technical Data
Standard server logs may record an IP address, browser type, visited page, and time of access. Aggregate log data helps keep the service available and shows which resources are useful. Cookies or comparable tools may support basic analytics and advertising measurement where those functions apply.
How We Use Data
Technical and contact data is used to run the site, diagnose faults, answer messages, measure general traffic, and improve content. We do not sell a visitor list or create individual user profiles.
Privacy on Linked Services
Links lead to Tulare city and county offices, California agencies, libraries, courts, and third-party search services. Information entered on those sites is controlled by their privacy policies, not ours. The same distinction applies to sponsored search results supplied by an outside company.
Parties That Process Data
Hosting and support vendors may process server logs for us. Analytics or advertising providers may receive the automatic data described above. Data may also be disclosed when valid legal process requires it. We do not otherwise distribute visitor information.
Data Security and Retention
An encrypted connection protects traffic to the site. Server logs are kept only as long as operational needs require. Because Tulare People Search has no user accounts, it stores no user password or account profile.
People Under 18
The service is intended for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect a minor's personal information. Contact us if you believe someone under 18 submitted such data so it can be removed.
California Privacy Choices
California residents may have access, correction, deletion, and opt-out rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act. The California Privacy Protection Agency administers those rights and the state's data-broker registry. We can search our contact mailbox and server logs for data tied to a request. Records held by the City of Tulare, Tulare County, California agencies, courts, or third parties are outside our control, so correction or removal requests must go to the proper custodian.
